Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Release Train Engineer to lead and support the Latrain HPT Model, our SAFE Scaled Agile Framework, within the MedTech Latrain program.Job DescriptionAs part of Latrain, the Release Train Engineer (RTE) will drive business agility and enable the different Product Groups and Products to deliver value at scale.The RTE acts as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART), facilitating the delivery of high-impact capabilities across Regional teams while ensuring alignment with OKRs, product strategies, and Lean-Agile principles.This role requires deep knowledge of SAFe, demonstrable experience orchestrating multi-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate dependencies and stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and support the Latrain ART in alignment with Latam OKRs and goalsLead and optimize flow of value through the Agile Release Train using Kanban and SAFe metricsEstablish and maintain the ART calendar, including Iterations and Program Increments (PIs)Drive PI Planning readiness, enabling synthesis of Vision, Roadmap, and Backlogs through continuous exploration practicesFacilitate PI Planning events and associated Pre- and Post-PI planning meetingsSupervise the execution of Features and Capabilities across teams and identify risks earlyLead ART syncs and System Demos to maintain alignment and visibility across the programSupport decision-making through team-level estimation activitiesCoach teams, leaders, and Scrum Masters on Lean-Agile best practicesIdentify, escalate, and remove impediments while helping manage risks and dependenciesAdvise on resourcing needs and bottleneck mitigation strategiesDrive collaboration between teams and partner functions (e.g., Data, Architecture, Engineering)Partner with Product Management, Product Owners, and business partners to ensure strategy-execution alignmentImprove DevOps and Release on Demand maturity to enhance value stream performanceFacilitate Inspect & Adapt workshops to drive continuous improvement and elevate team agilityQualificationsDemonstrable experience running Scaled Agile (SAFe) programs in large, matrixed environmentsSolid understanding of Agile delivery models, with the ability to coach teams in Lean-Agile principlesExcellent facilitation and interpersonal skills, especially across regional and multi-functional stakeholder groupsExperience with Agile tools such as Jira, Rally, or similar enterprise agile management systemsFamiliarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Lean Portfolio Management is preferredExperience working within regulated industries (e.g., MedTech, Pharma, Life Sciences) is a plusSAFe Agilist certification (SA) and RTE certification is strongly preferredLocationsAll Job Posting Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Ciudad de Mexico, Mexico; Santiago, Chile; São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil; São Paulo, Brazil#J-*****-Ljbffr
