Gosta de organizar informações, estruturar raciocínios e transformar dados em decisões?Buscamos um(a) Business Analyst para apoiar a alta gestão na construção de diagnósticos estratégicos com base em dados reais.O desafio envolve organização e proximidade com o CEO em um negócio emplenaexpansão.Informações:Local: Vila da Serra/ Nova Lima (MG) - (Presencial - Home Office toda primeira sexta-feira do mês)Benefícios: Vale Alimentação: R$750,00 (mês); Vale Combustível/Vale Transporte: R$500,00 (mês); Plano de Saúde; Curso de inglês; DayOff.Principais responsabilidades:Levantar, organizar e consolidar dados de diversas áreas internas.Realizar análises iniciais de dados sob orientação, identificando padrões e informações relevantes.Apoiar na construção de materiais e apresentações que traduzam os dados em diagnósticos para a alta gestão.Auxiliar na elaboração de relatórios executivos para uso em reuniões com investidores, conselho e diretoria.Colaborar com o CEO e lideranças na coleta de informações necessárias para as apresentações estratégicas.Garantir consistência, clareza e objetividade nas informações apresentadas.Trabalhar em conjunto com o time de design para o refinamento visual das apresentações.Requisitos técnicos:Formação superior completa ou em fase final (Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Estatística, Ciências Atuariais, Contabilidade, Ciência de Dados ou correlatas).Experiência profissional entre estágio e até 1-2 anos como analista júnior.Domínio de Excel (ou Google Sheets) com capacidade de manipular e organizar bases de dados.Conhecimento de ferramentas de visualização de dados (Power BI, Looker, Tableau ou similares)Inglês nível AvançadoPerfil comportamental:-#LI-Onsite
