Operational Strategy Specialist

Job SummaryThis role is pivotal in shaping operational strategy and planning within the preaward space.The ideal candidate will be instrumental in contributing to strategic development conversations, data collection and analysis, and the creation of feasibility and site selection strategies.Responsibilities:The successful candidate will support the development, analysis, interpretation, and presentation of primary and secondary data for operational strategy and planning.Diligent data mining of internal and external databases and initiating/overseeing the collection of primary data for developing robust strategies for global clinical trials.Participating in proposal development and bid defenses, providing recommendations on utilizing data to support proposals and presentations.Acting as a functional bidder reviewer of budgets and text for proposals that include feasibility and/or site identification as the primary deliverable.Leading cross-functional teams in standalone feasibility efforts, responsible for final report creation and delivery, including discussion of findings and recommendations with clients.Contributing to intra and inter-departmental meetings, leading/contributing to the presentation of information on feasibility offerings, demonstrating continued value-add of the department.Qualifications:An associate degree with equivalent work experience.Practical experience and understanding of global drug development and clinical trials, including demonstrated experience in mining, manipulating, and presenting complex scientific data.
