Business Intelligence AnalystWe're looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions.About the Role:The primary goal of this position is to extract insights from large volumes of complex data and help solve problems.You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, identify and query data sources, and create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards that meet requirements.Cleanse and massage data into the shape required.Create Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements.Present and gather feedback on finished products.Deploy data reports and dashboards to Tableau.Develop reports according to analyst-defined specifications.Conduct technical training.Maintain and document the operational environment.Maintain and process SQL Server Stored Procedures and queries.Requirements:To be successful in this role, you'll need at least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing and visualizing data.A strong understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment is essential, as well as at least 1 year of previous work experience using Tableau.At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.An understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment.A solid understanding of relational data modeling concepts.Strong analytic skills with a hands-on approach.Superior organizational skills with a disciplined approach to implementation support and documentation.Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies.Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture components and processes, or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including flexibility, tailored compensation, tech-driven tools, an autonomous workflow, and opportunities for growth and development.About Us:We're passionate about empowering individuals and businesses worldwide.Our cutting-edge recruiters connect leading companies with top talent, fostering a dynamic environment where innovation thrives.If you're interested in joining a diverse and inclusive team composed of industry leaders, we encourage you to apply.
