Propósito del CargoLlevar a cabo las tareas operativas y administrativas necesarias para la efectividad y eficiencia de las operaciones de la estación.Descripción del cargoEl agente realiza tareas operativas y administrativas incluyendo, pero no limitándose a: ingreso de datos, actividades en aeropuerto, clasificación, seguimiento y atención al cliente.Es responsable de completar los procesos y procedimientos definidos, asegurando precisión, integridad y cumplimiento de estándares internos y externos.Identifica anomalías y usa su juicio para resolverlas, escalando problemas complejos a miembros superiores del equipo.Principales responsabilidadesCoordinar espacio en el avión para envíos según RESOL *******.Reportar semanalmente el Load factor con datos de vuelos diarios.Coordinar posiciones y tipos de contenedores para vuelos específicos.Gestionar transferencias de equipos y carga, mantener stock actualizado.Informar sobre demoras o cambios en vuelos.Compartir medidas de carga con rampa y confirmar reservas y espacios en vuelo.Ingresar guías aéreas e información en el sistema diariamente.Gestionar impuestos y derechos de aduana, informar a clientes.Recopilar datos para reportes y preparar documentación de paquetes.Atender consultas básicas de clientes y realizar tareas de archivo.Garantizar que todos los trámites y requisitos de informes sean completos, precisos y oportunos, utilizando las herramientas y procedimientos adecuados.Realizar tareas operativas con seguridad y en línea con las políticas y regulaciones, incluyendo salud, seguridad y normativas de aviación.Trabajar en equipo para asegurar un flujo eficiente de procesos en los plazos establecidos.Verificar datos y realizar comprobaciones para garantizar calidad y precisión, tomando decisiones en situaciones no claras y solicitando apoyo cuando sea necesario.Proponer mejoras en procesos y procedimientos de forma proactiva.Requisitos y habilidadesEstudios secundarios completos, preferentemente con formación técnica o complementaria.Buenas relaciones interpersonales, capacidad para manipular paquetes y enfoque en cliente, calidad y resultados.Capacidad para seguir políticas, construir redes de colaboración, ser adaptable e íntegro.Conocimientos de inglés.FedEx es reconocida mundialmente por su excelencia, innovación y responsabilidad social, siendo una de las marcas más admiradas y valiosas del mundo, con múltiples premios y reconocimientos recientes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
