Join to apply for the Head of Performance Marketing role at TripleTen IndonesiaDescriptionTripleTen is an award-winning online school among technology bootcamps.Our mission is to help people change their lives and succeed in technology.We offer flexibility in studies, career mentoring, resume and portfolio preparation, and we guarantee employment after the course.Our employability rate among graduates is 87% across our Web Development, Quality Assurance (QA), Data Analytics and Data Science programs.We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Performance Marketing to join our LATAM team.You will lead our performance marketing efforts across paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and user acquisition.You'll manage a specialized team of marketing professionals while working alongside our Head of Content to drive integrated growth strategy through data-driven channel optimization.What you will doManage and develop specialists across User Acquisition, Influencer Marketing, SEO, Analytics, and Partnership DevelopmentDrive strategy and optimization for paid advertising channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, YouTube)Scale influencer marketing operations and creator partnerships systematicallyEstablish advanced attribution models and performance measurement frameworksOptimize marketing spend allocation across channels using data-driven decision makingBuild operational excellence through systematic planning, execution tracking, and team retrospectivesCollaborate with Head of Content on integrated campaigns and content-performance synergiesRequirementsYou're a performance marketing expert with:4+ years managing performance marketing teams with €5mln+ annual media spend under managementDeep expertise in paid advertising across major platforms with proven ROI optimization track recordHands-on experience scaling influencer marketing programs from startup to systematic operationsStrong analytical background with multi-touch attribution, incrementality testing, and advanced measurementTeam leadership experience developing marketing specialists and driving performance improvementsProduct-minded approach to marketing with focus on user journey optimization and lifecycle metricsBonus Points ForEdTech or online education marketing experience with understanding of long conversion cyclesExperience managing marketing budgets during economic downturns or budget constraintsBackground building marketing operations and systematic processes from ground upSEO strategy integration with paid channels experiencePartnership marketing and business development collaborationWe offer the opportunity to work with significant media budgets and drive measurable business growth through sophisticated marketing operations.Equal Employment Opportunity: TripleTen is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
