OverviewRecruitment Business Partner - LatAm.
Our Global Talent Acquisition team is looking for an experienced recruiter to support hiring for Brazil and Mexico.
You will contribute to Adyen's growth by supporting your hiring teams with data-driven decisions, speed of execution, and our long-term strategy.What You'll DoDrive full cycle recruitment on multiple roles, across different teams (Java, Data, Product, Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, etc.).
Lead sourcing efforts across your pipelines and be creative about new ways of finding talent.Create and foster a positive candidate experience while screening and engaging talent that fits with the Adyen Formula.Build strong business partnerships with hiring managers.Use data to innovate and optimize the recruiting process.Work with the global recruiting team on strategic DEI initiatives, employer branding, and events and partnerships.Who You AreMinimum of 7 years of full cycle recruitment experience.Passionate about sourcing, recruiting, and closing talent in a competitive market.Proven track record of building pipelines and managing multi-channel search strategies.High level of self-motivation; able to define structure and prioritize.Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitmentsOur unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives.
