We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to drive our cybersecurity governance program forward.This role will focus on building a robust security culture, ensuring audit readiness, and enhancing vendor risk management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a backlog of features and enhancements spanning data pipelines, predictive models, and user interfaces.Prioritize high-value opportunities to optimize pricing strategies and demand forecasting.Analyze business requirements, translate them into detailed epics and user stories, and document clear descriptions, business rules, and acceptance criteria.Own the full delivery lifecycle of features and enhancements, ensuring timely execution, alignment with stakeholders, and readiness for deployment.Collaborate with Data Engineering on requirements for data sourcing, integration, and quality.Partner with Data Science to define, deploy, and iterate on ML models and pricing algorithms.Align with UI/UX and front-end teams to ensure a seamless user experience.Facilitate cross-functional workshops and planning sessions with business stakeholders.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and user adoption.Ensure accurate documentation in Confluence and Jira for themes, epics, and tasks.Capture feedback from stakeholders and performance data to inform continuous iteration.Drive change management and support user training for new RMS features.Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards.Identify and mitigate risks associated with process and system changes.RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product ownership, product management, or delivery of data or optimization platforms.Experience with revenue management systems is required.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and backlog management tools is essential.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.Excellent facilitation, documentation, and analytical skills are required.Bilingualism in English (B2 level) is a plus.
