OverviewWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and has demonstrated success in similar roles within rapidly growing, security-first environments.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.The Ledn team is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.Ledn offers lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries.We are a remote-first organization with a strong culture of integrity, progress and empathy.The OpportunityThis role reports to the Director of IT and is customer-facing, serving as the first line of support for employees via channels such as Slack and Jira.You will own the end-user experience, provisioning and delivering technology equipment, onboarding new employees, and offboarding with secure offboarding procedures.You'll design, test, build, document programs and tools, and contribute improvements to existing knowledge bases.You will manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, etc.), Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools, and IDP/SSO integrations.You will collaborate with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering, HR) and work in an environment that values automation, rapid iteration, and strong communication.You will set and pursue objectives and key results aligned to team and company goals, with minimal direction.ResponsibilitiesProvide end-user support and own help desk tickets; troubleshoot using the terminal and macOS in an enterprise setting.Procure, deliver, and manage technology equipment; own onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees.Design, test, build, document programs and tools; contribute improvements to knowledge bases.Manage SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf Pro/Protect/Connect, Okta, etc.) and Mac/Mobile Device Management tooling (MDM/EMM, Jamf).Manage identity and access via IDP/SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.) and integrate systems using APIs.Respond to and resolve incidents; prioritize and manage tickets with agile methods and Jira.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across multiple channels and cultures.Define, document, and automate IT processes; contribute to security-minded, scalable infrastructure.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration (Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite).Ability to create automations using bash/zsh/python and to utilize open-source tools (Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki, etc.).Experience integrating SSO into Okta and building workflows; strong API skills and cross-system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; strong communication and documentation skills.Proficiency with networking fundamentals, OSI model troubleshooting, and enterprise macOS management.Self-management with the ability to scope projects, prioritize, and collaborate across teams.Nice to HaveSome familiarity with AWS; experience with GAM and command-line interfaces; Jamf/Okta/Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: thrives in startup/tech environments; adaptable, resilient, and value-driven.What We ProvideComprehensive rewards package and ownership via equity; remote work eligibility up to 180 days worldwide (restrictions apply).Competitive PTO and a purpose-driven role in a global digital-asset company.Inclusive, diverse, equal opportunity employment; accommodation requests available during recruitment.Location: Santa Maria, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesRetailWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes.#J-*****-Ljbffr
