Retention Project ManagerAre you passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving loyalty?We're seeking a Retention Project Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of omnichannel retention strategies that boost customer lifetime value across multiple touchpoints.This role plays a key part in creating, managing, and refining retention programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making data-driven decisions to enhance post-purchase experience and reduce churn.Develop end-to-end omnichannel retention strategies that elevate customer lifetime value and engagement across web, mobile, email, social, and customer service channels.Align and coordinate Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Service, and IT teams to ensure seamless delivery of retention initiatives.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs while maintaining transparency and communication across all departments.Analyze customer behavior, churn trends, and engagement metrics to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable improvements.Support experimentation and testing to refine campaigns and improve conversion rates.Contribute to customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and post-purchase experience enhancements to build long-term retention.Prepare performance reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting key insights, challenges, and optimization recommendations.Key Responsibilities
