Frontend Engineer (Contract, 6–9 Months) – 100% Remote in Brazil | English Fluency RequiredWe are seeking a Frontend Engineer to join our team on a temporary contract (6–9 months).
This is a 100% remote opportunity for professionals based in Brazil who are fluent in English.You'll be contributing to the frontend of one of the largest global online communities and discussion platforms, used daily by millions of people worldwide.
The platform is a key space where conversations, culture, and communities thrive, making it one of the most influential players in the social media and digital engagement market.What You'll DoDevelop, maintain, and support all features of the platform's frontendPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peersCollaborate with the team on future features and visual design possibilitiesManage assigned tasks in Jira, ensuring clear communication on progress, questions, and risksContribute to technical discussions and share best practices with a global, remote teamWhat We're Looking For4+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focused on building user-facing web applications at scale using TypeScriptSolid knowledge of GraphQL and HTTP basicsBackend experience (service development, databases, Kubernetes) and ability to design maintainable APIs is a strong plusStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver projects on timeSelf-directed, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environmentsExcellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) to effectively collaborate with remote teams and convey complex technical topicsContract DetailsType: Temporary (6–9 months)Location: Remote (Brazil only)Language Requirement: Fluent English
