Job Overview:We are seeking a Digital Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling major incidents via established protocols and providing timely updates until resolution.Perform in-depth application troubleshooting and identify preventive measures to minimize downtime.Manage requests related to digital infrastructure, including deployments, feature toggles, and data fixes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate responses to major production incidents.Enhance monitoring capabilities using industry-leading tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk.Develop and improve monitoring scripts and alerts based on incident learnings.Handle customer escalations and facilitate communication between Support & Engineering teams.Support planned activities and respond to ad-hoc requests from other teams.Requirements and Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you should have:Deep experience in DevOps and Production Support.A strong background in automation and CI/CD practices.Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure preferred).
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Kibana, and Splunk.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deep dive into complex issues.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across teams.
