We're looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to help us accelerate growth by setting qualified meetings with decision-makers at fast-moving companies.The RoleAs a Senior SDR, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality opportunities for our Managing Director through proactive outbound outreach across multiple channels. Your mission: generate meaningful conversations with hiring leaders at mid-market companies ******,000 employees) across the U. S.This role is high-volume, phone-led, and metrics-driven—best suited for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and knows how to position consulting services in a competitive market.What You'll DoOwn the top of the funnel for all outbound activity across phone, email, and Linked InResearch and segment leads using Zoom Info, Crelate, and Linked In PremiumExecute ********+ cold calls/day, plus daily targeted emails and Linked In messagingBook qualified meetings with decision-makers (typically VPs, Directors, and Founders)Track activity and pipeline through Source Whale and internal CRM systemsPartner closely with the Managing Director to ensure meeting quality and ICP alignmentIterate and improve outreach campaigns based on performance metrics and conversion dataWhat We're Looking For2–5+ years of SDR experience in a B2 B consulting or staffing/recruiting environmentProven success generating meetings with mid-market U.
