Job Title: Senior BackendWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team.As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our product.This is a challenging opportunity for a talented software engineer who is passionate about building scalable and reliable systems.You will work closely with our frontend engineers, CTO, and principal software engineer to deliver high-quality results under pressure.Responsibilities:Design and implement robust and scalable backend systems using Typescript.Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritize technical tasks.Ensure the quality of our data processing pipeline.Develop and review processes enhancing speed and cost efficiency.Integrate all steps in our data pipeline seamlessly.Optimize the product for continuous scalability.Deliver ongoing process improvements.Meet aggressive development timelines.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Backend Software Engineering.Experience with Typescript for Backend Development.Proficiency in other programming languages like Python, Java, C++.Business-level English proficiency.Meticulous attention to detail.Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.Startup mentality, understanding the dedication required for success.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Strong history of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision.Benefits:Pioneer and shape the company from its inception.Contribute to taking our product to market and celebrate together as part of our highly motivated team.Work in a startup environment passionate about quality, problem-solving, and building beautiful software.
