This will be done both colloquially and through standard channels such as surveysResponsible for ensuring stakeholders receive feedback outcomes for improvement opportunities, and maintaining stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes using dashboards and other visual mechanisms through partnership with the Insights teamResponsible for providing updates to GBS+ leadership on engagement activities and statusGBS+ GovernanceResponsible for maintaining and improving the GBS+ Governance Framework and ensuring all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring service delivery teams around the globe are following the governance model and information is cascading properly, gathering feedback on governance model and making changes where applicableCreate, implement and maintain a workflow approach (in ServiceNow) for GBS+ stakeholder issues and needs tracking and ensure open issues are closed in a timely manner and satisfy the needs of the stakeholdersResponsible for maintaining the Service Catalog, including its migration into ServiceNowResponsible for preparing content for strategic Governance Forums: maintaining & improving meeting templates, creating executive leadership meeting content, and content related to Stakeholder ExperienceMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree from an accredited institution, ideally in the areas of Public Relations, Corporate Communications, Marketing, or related field.8+ years relevant work experience, including experience with stakeholder or customer experience management, survey development and analysis, and/ or business process governance ideally within a Shared Services of Global Business Services functionExcellent spoken and written EnglishExcellent communication, organizational, and planning skillsLeadership presence and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationshipsEffective presenter capable of engaging with teams at all levelsAbility to work collaboratively with global cross-functional teams to effectively engage a diverse, global stakeholder base.Ability to analyze data and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a governance role developing governance frameworks and policies within a shared services or global business services role in a large B2B organizationProject Management training or certificationChange Management training or certificationServiceNow project implementation experienceExperience in using PowerBIOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & BelongingEcolab is committed to fair and equal treatment of associates and applicants and furthering the principles of Equal Opportunity to Employment.
