Our English Language Teaching (ELT) division in Brazil is expanding, and we are seeking for a Sales Team Leader, based in Belo Horizonte , with a strong focus on developing new customers , to join our team.About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys leading high-performing teams and fostering customer-centric results. You will be responsible for building, guiding, and inspiring a team of educational consultants , ensuring strong execution, continuous development, and alignment with OUP's mission.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and deliver data-driven action plans , supporting both individual and team targets.Assign accounts, define, monitor performance, and manage the adoption pipeline.Oversee daily activities using KPIs and metrics;identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Coach, train, and develop team members, addressing skills gaps and promoting growth.Ensure effective use of the CRM (Salesforce), including accurate and consistent data maintenance.Collect and analyze customer insights to support product improvement and customer experience initiatives.Stay up to date with OUP's portfolio, sales enablement tools, and market trends.Collaborate with Area/Regional Managers on accurate forecasting and planning.Participate in additional projects and tasks as assigned.Uphold and model OUP's ethical policies.Please note: this role does not include authorization to negotiate or enter into contracts on behalf of OUP UK.About YouWe are seeking a proactive, collaborative professional with relevant experience in sales, business development, or strategic
