Duties include auditing content at various stages of the project from storyboards to graphic assets to final modules and assets for the KB4 Learning Management System, the ModStore.Responsibilities:Review eLearning modules and provide feedback to courseware staffReview and provide suggested edits for module, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverablesReview graphics deliverables as to quality and adherence to courseware standardsTest built modules for functionality and adherence to accessibility standardsCreate and review accessible PDFsProvide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to enhance all of the departments in coursewareParticipate as needed with collaborative projects across publishing teamsExercise independent discretion on assigned projectsRequirements:B.A. in English, Linguistics, Instructional Design/EducationC2-level proficiency in the English language - U.S. dialectExperience with GSuite or Microsoft Office SuiteStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent internal customer service skills and attention to detailExperience with web-based project management systemsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, certification completion bonuses, and a relaxed dress code - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
