Quality Assurance Specialist - Content Reviewer

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Specialist to review and ensure the accuracy of our eLearning content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

">

This is a full-time position that involves auditing content at various stages of the project from storyboards to graphic assets to final modules and assets for the KB4 Learning Management System, the ModStore.

]

Responsibilities:

">

• Review eLearning modules and provide feedback to courseware staff
• Review and provide suggested edits for module, descriptions, storyboards, and other deliverables
• Test built modules for functionality and adherence to accessibility standards
• Create and review accessible PDFs
• Provide feedback in a collaborative way that helps to enhance all of the departments in courseware
• Participate as needed with collaborative projects across publishing teams
• Exercise independent discretion on assigned projects

Requirements:

• B.A. in English, Linguistics, Instructional Design/Education
• C2-level proficiency in the English language - U.S. dialect
• Experience with GSuite or Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent internal customer service skills and attention to detail
• Experience with web-based project management systems
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
