Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Content Operations Specialist. This role will involve ensuring the quality and consistency of our content, while also contributing to the development and delivery of training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Edit copy swiftly and accurately, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Support reporters in delivering rich, market-intelligent content that adds value to our customers.
  • Ensure all content is clear, concise, well-written, and engaging, minimizing errors and libel.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and process innovation to improve editorial procedures and content generation.
Requirements:
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills, with an ability to judge and edit content effectively.
  • Able to react quickly and intelligently to demands across multiple channels and subject matters in a fast-paced environment.
  • Affinity for working with data, with excellent communication and social skills.
  • Cool head under pressure, with problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with colleagues and managers.
  • Quick learner, proficient in new technologies through hands-on experience.
  • Experience of remote work and extended periods of focus at a computer screen.
