Content Writer Position

We are seeking a skilled content writer to develop and implement high-quality self-service tutorials, FAQs, and product documentation.

  • Develop and implement self-service tutorials for customers and support agents;
  • Monitor feedback and continuous content improvement;
  • Produce quantitative and qualitative reports on results achieved;
  • Capture device screenshots and create tutorial steps;
  • Track sessions, visits, and rating;
  • Analyze comments and ratings to suggest improvements and present ideas to clients;
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency of text styles, source images, and content tone;
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly and concisely;
  • Research industry trends and conduct monthly analyses of content data;

Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a technical writer or content writer;
  • Ability to create tutorials, FAQs, manuals, or product documentation;
  • Corporate communication skills for client interactions and presenting results;
  • Experience with digital content metrics and evaluating knowledge content effectiveness;
  • Excellent writing skills in clear, objective, and accessible language;
  • Proficiency in content creation software, tutorial tools, and online content platforms;
  • Familiarity with UX Writing, Technical Writing, Communication, or related fields;
