Profile:

A culturally savvy, creative, and hands-on content creator. Someone young at heart, deeply connected to digital trends, and fluent in Instagram & TikTok culture. This person should have experience filming and editing short-form videos, a good eye for storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging, high-quality content. Proactivity, creativity, and the ability to work independently are key.

Goal of the role:
Create scroll-stopping short-form videos that boost engagement and drive growth.

Result Areas:

  • Deliver multiple pieces of high-performing content every week

  • Test creative concepts that align with our brand and use proven viral formats

  • Film, edit and publish polished, thumb-stopping content

  • Publish the content directly on our Instagram channel

  • Monitor and interact with comments to drive engagement

  • Collaborate closely with the content team to maintain brand consistency and tone.

  • Analyse results and report, to improve high-performing concepts and ideate new tests

Must-have:

  • Up to date with social media and content trends

  • Creative and visually sharp

  • Skilled in video capture and editing (mobile or DSLR)

  • Confident using editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)

  • Authentic and comfortable showing up on camera

  • A natural-born storyteller who knows how to create engaging content for social.

  • Proactive, organized, and responsive

  • Previous experience creating content for lifestyle, dating, or culture brands is a plus
