Job Description Summary
The Project Specialist will be responsible for Project execution and Supply Chain operations for Internal Trade projects within the Hydro Business. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective Supply Chain activities of the main Hydro components to be supplied by Taubate Plant to Projects globally, requiring close follow up in Material management, Sourcing and Manufacturing according the Projects Committed Schedule and As Sold Cost, reporting to Latam Leadership and also to Project Directors in other Regions.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, scopes, and KPIs to ensure OTD, cost, and quality targets;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders within Hydro Organization to assure project strategies and execution as per As Sold estimation;
Monitor the Schedule activities related to Supply Chain and track the material deliveries on time as per Manufacturing and Project needs;
Weekly report to Project team;
Support the Project Quality team to expedite Preparatory documents, NCRs or SDRs;
Monthly review of the project cost and update of the Financial Summary, reporting to the leadership and Project teams;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Engineering).
Previous experience in the Hydro business, manufacturing, and supply chain;
Advanced English;
Advanced Excel;
Knowledge in SAP, MS Project, PLM Corella, will be a strong differeniator.
