**Who are we?**UENI is a service-oriented technology company that scales the process of building websites and delivering marketing to small businesses.UENI is a disruptive solution to the deeply under-served small business market with its high-quality solutions swiftly delivered at an affordable cost.**What we're looking for**:We're seeking an exceptionally driven and dedicated **Recruiter** to take full ownership of hiring at UENI.You will manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, playing a crucial role in attracting top talent that will help us scale and achieve our ambitious goals.**What you'll be doing**:- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process across all roles, including technology and business positions- Partnering with company leaders to understand hiring needs and draft job descriptions- Advertising job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks- Conducting interviews and coordinating hiring stages with internal stakeholders- Creating and implementing recruitment strategies and policies to improve hiring practices- Designing and promoting employee referral programs**We are looking for someone with**:- ** 4+ years of recruitment experience**, ideally as an internal recruiter for technology and business roles- Expert knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, assessments, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)- A proactive approach to sourcing and hiring, with experience using Boolean search and various online tools to find top talent- Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic environments where flexibility and adaptability are key- Fluent written and spoken Portuguese or Spanish**Why Join Us?**You'll have the opportunity to shape UENI's hiring strategy and build a high-performing team that directly impacts the company's growth.We foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, and we're passionate about what we do—helping small businesses succeed.
