At ABB, we help industries outrun - leaner and cleaner.Here, progress is an expectation - for you, your team, and the world.As a global market leader, we'll give you what you need to make it happen.It won't always be easy, growing takes grit.But at ABB, you'll never run alone.Run what runs the world.This Position reports to:IS Service Manager**Position Mission**Are you passionate about technology, digital transformation, and managing strategic projects?ABB is looking for an **IS Project Management Specialist** to join the **Information Systems team** supporting the** Electrification**division in **Contagem, Brazil**.In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional and cross-cultural IS projects, ensuring alignment with ABB's global IS standards, Electrification business priorities, and compliance requirements.You will act as a key interface between IS and business stakeholders, driving digitalization and operational excellence within the Electrification organization.**Your Responsibilities**- Lead and manage IS and digital transformation projects supporting the Electrification business, from initiation to delivery.- Coordinate virtual and multicultural project teams, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.- Ensure compliance with ABB IS governance, cybersecurity, and global project management standards.- Act as the main interface between IS teams and Electrification business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.- Define, track, and report project KPIs and milestones, providing transparency on progress and risks.- Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and conflicts across functions, promoting collaboration and effective decision-making.- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to IS project execution and delivery models within Electrification.**Your Background**- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.- Advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings and presentations with global stakeholders.- Proven experience in IT/IS project management, preferably in environments involving ERP (SAP), infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial systems.- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP and enterprise systems.- Availability for occasional national and international travel.**Nice to Have**- Project or Change Management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, ITIL, Agile, or Prosci.- Experience supporting industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within Electrification or similar businesses.**What We Offer**- Hybrid work model, combining on-site work in Contagem/MG with home office flexibility.#LI-Hybrid- Opportunity to work on strategic IS projects with direct impact on the Electrification business.- A dynamic, collaborative, and multicultural environment, interacting with global IS and business teams.- Career development opportunities in a company recognized worldwide for technology, innovation, and sustainability.**About ABB Electrification**ABB Electrification delivers safe, smart, and sustainable solutions for electrical distribution across industries, infrastructure, data centers, buildings, and utilities.By combining digitalization, automation, and electrification, ABB supports customers in improving efficiency, reliability, and sustainability throughout their operations.
