**About the job**

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- **Harmonize similar Raw Materials**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize and harmonize raw materials used in our production processes. This involves analyzing various materials and ensuring consistency in nomenclature and specifications;
- **Identify Cost Savings**: Proactively identify opportunities for cost savings within the raw material procurement process. Track related benefits and savings;
- **Standardize Nomenclature**: Develop and implement a standardized nomenclature system for raw materials. Ensure clear and consistent communication across departments, suppliers, and partners to enhance clarity and efficiency;
- **Clean system from obsolete raw materials**: Analyze raw material groups do detect obsolete raw materials and similar or duplicated ones. A special focus will be set on low volumes;
- **Silo Optimization**: Support efforts to optimize the silo situation within our plants, ensuring alignment with project timelines and scope. Evaluate current silo infrastructure, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance storage capacity and usage;
- **Hypercare**: Follow-up on the implementation progress on aligned actions with different stakeholders;
- **Governance Improvement**: Support initiatives aimed at enhancing governance for raw material creation.

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education**
- University degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration;
- Proven experience in raw material optimization, procurement, and supply chain management. Data analytics and data visualization skills;
- Well-structured and self-organized personality;
- Good communication skills;
- Knowledge of the refractory market and products is a plus;
- Experience in project management and data-related projects is a plus (e.g., cleansing, migration, or lean project).

**Languages**

English - Proficient/Fluent;
Any other language is considered as an asset.

**Work Experience**

Relevant working experience in:

- Project;
- Supply Chain or Procurement.
