We are looking for a Vice President of Sales – Latin America (LATAM) to join our leadership team and drive regional sales growth across LATAM. This executive role is responsible for defining and executing the regional sales strategy, partnering closely with Country Leaders and Global stakeholders, and leading Sales and Pre-Sales organizations across multiple countries. The VP will play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring strong alignment with corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities •Define and execute the LATAM sales strategy aligned with global goals •Partner with Country Leaders to drive revenue growth and market expansion •Lead and mentor country-level Sales Directors and leadership teams •Oversee go-to-market strategies tailored to each LATAM market •Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and quota achievement •Build scalable commercial models and best practices across the region •Act as a senior sales interface with Global Sales leadership Profile We're Looking For •Senior sales leadership experience in LATAM (multi-country scope) •Strong background in complex B2B / solution-based sales environments •Proven track record of revenue growth and market expansion •Experience leading senior sales leaders and distributed teams •Strategic mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management skills Languages: - English(advanced/fluent) - Spanish (advanced/fluent) - Portuguese (advanced/fluent) Location: - São Paulo (desirable)
