Job Title: Cloud Accounting SpecialistAs a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and services to clients using Oracle ERP Cloud.
This role requires a strong understanding of the accounts receivable and billing modules, as well as excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams.Key Responsibilities:Support and troubleshoot issues related to accounts receivable, customers, invoicing, and payments in Oracle ERP Cloud.Resolve tickets efficiently, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to meet established deadlines (SLA).
Provide assistance to users during monthly accounting close in LATAM, USA, and APAC regions, ensuring timely completion of tasks.Perform regression testing on quarterly updates to the Oracle SaaS environment, guaranteeing stability and accuracy.Maintain SOX compliance and document processes according to ITIL standards, promoting best practices throughout the organization.Lead support operations, focusing on quality, communication, and continuous improvement to drive business success.Requirements:Proficiency in Oracle ERP Cloud: Receivables, Customers, Collections, Billing.Knowledge of capturing tax documents and integration with Syncro or EDICOM.Understanding of Brazilian taxation applied to billing and accounts receivable.Experience with Oracle localizations for Brazil (LACLS) and report generation.Expertise in BIP, PL/SQL, Web Services (SOAP and REST), FBDI, ADFDi tools.Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Proactivity, collaborative work, and results-oriented mindset.At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementation.
