Job Description:As a Senior Cloud Database Specialist, you will play a key role in leading the design and optimization of our global, multi-cloud data infrastructure.Your primary responsibility will be to architect and manage scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance data pipelines using industry-leading technologies.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement global data infrastructure across multiple regions, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and compliance with international data standards.This includes owning and evolving the architecture of core databases and warehouses, including Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, and MongoDB.Responsibilities:Architect and manage scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-performance data pipelinesDesign and implement global data infrastructure across multiple regionsOwning and evolving the architecture of core databases and warehousesCollaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, DevOps, and Analytics teamsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field6+ Years of experience working as Data Engineer, Database Engineer, or Cloud Data ArchitectProven expertise in AWS, especially with Glue, Step Functions, and LambdaStrong Python and SQL skills for workflow development and optimizationExperience designing and maintaining data pipelines (ETL/ELT)Proven data migration experience (cross-cloud or hybrid, with minimal downtime)Hands-on with data orchestration tools (e.g., Glue, Step Functions)Solid experience with at least two database systems among: Snowflake, PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, MongoDBBenefits:Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical teamsOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesMentorship opportunities to develop junior engineers' skills
