Job OverviewThis role focuses on delivering exceptional end-user support for the Encompass LOS and Consumer Direct platforms.The ideal candidate will work closely with Scrum Teams and enhancement-focused groups to drive user experience, triage support queues, and resolve complex issues.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advanced support to end users across Consumer Direct.Triage support requests and determine severity, ownership, and required actions.Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, including access problems, workflow errors, data-entry difficulties, and general LOS usage queries.Communicate resolutions and recommended actions clearly and professionally.Elevate complex issues to senior administrators for resolution.
