Sobre a FunçãoEstamos procurando um Coordenador Júnior para apoiar nossa equipe de Operações de Segurança de Incidentes durante o horário de turno, ajudando a gerenciar o fluxo diário de casos, monitoramento de desempenho e suporte em tempo real em linhas operacionais como Motoristas, Clientes e Unidades de Negócio.Este é um cargo hands-on, presencial onde você trabalhará diretamente com analistas, especialistas e o coordenador sênior do turno para garantir que os casos sejam tratados de forma eficiente e o desempenho do turno permaneça no bom caminho.O Que Você Vai Fazer Assistência na gestão de filas de incidentes ao vivo durante os turnos atribuídosMonitorar o desempenho dos analistas e fornecer suporte ou orientação em tempo real conforme necessárioGarantir a distribuição, priorização e documentação eficaz dos casosApoiar o Coordenador Sênior com métricas do turno, transferência de turnos e acompanhamento de casosAtuar como intermediário entre analistas e liderança para questões relacionadas ao turnoContribuir para a consistência e qualidade operacional entre os turnosParticipar de discussões de melhoria contínua e alinhamento de SOPO que buscamos:Experiência em operações, suporte, logística, risco ou ambientes de atendimento ao clienteFortes habilidades organizacionais e de comunicaçãoCapacidade de manter a calma sob pressão e gerenciar múltiplas tarefas simultaneamenteConfortável em trabalhar presencialmente em um modelo de turno rotativo (manhã, tarde, noite)Orientado aos detalhes, responsável e comprometido com a excelência operacionalExperiência em operações baseadas em turnos ou suporte ao vivo é uma grande vantagemInglês intermediárioO Que Oferecemos Contrato CLT em tempo integral com benefícios completosTrabalho baseado no escritório com mentoria e desenvolvimento por líderes operacionais senioresExposição prática a operações de resposta a risco e incidentes em tempo realOportunidades de crescimento para cargos de Coordenador Sênior ou Especialista OperacionalAmbiente de equipe colaborativo focado em segurança, desempenho e eficiência
