Role Overview: You will provide accounts and administration tasks to the accounts team within your Region, both as part of a team and individually. The role plays a vital part in the administration and smooth-running of the company's global accounts operations.Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to): • Basic accounts duties and admin including full compliance with local tax rules in line with Fulkrum's processes.• Speaking with clients in your region to obtain signed timesheets/work orders as and when needed.• Liaising with coordinators to obtain the correct information for invoicing. • Ensuring all travel and expenses are billed correctly.• Addressing invoicing queries on an urgent basis• Raising and distribution of Sales invoices • Creating Pro-forma sales invoices • Processing inspector's invoices on IRIS and Sage• Credit control daily.• Weekly reporting.• Ensuring monthly deadlines are met.
