We are looking for a Promo Planner to coordinate the creation, production, and broadcast of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots for the channel, ensuring clarity, editorial alignment, and technical quality.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate the creation, scripting, and finalization of promotional, institutional, and commercial spots
Supervise scripts and pieces, ensuring clarity, technical quality, and editorial consistency
Maintain an updated inventory of promotional, commercial, institutional, and filler spots (governmental and internal)
Work in partnership with Programming, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure coherence between content strategy and audience communication
Monitor deadlines, performance, and engagement of promos, proposing adjustments when necessary
What you'll bring
Previous experience in planning and producing promos for TV or digital media
Knowledge of scripting, promotional language, and post-production processes
Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and workflows
Excellent communication and ability to collaborate across different teams (Programming, Marketing, and Production)
Attention to detail, creativity, and strategic vision for audience communication
