Business Intelligence Insights SpecialistWe're looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Insights Specialist to take raw information and construct narratives that help our business colleagues make better decisions.This professional will be responsible for working with stakeholders, identifying and querying data sources, cleansing and massaging data into the shape required, creating reports and dashboards to meet requirements.The primary goal of this position is to extract insights from large volumes of complex data, identify key trends, and present findings to stakeholders.The specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective deployment and maintenance of data-driven solutions.Key responsibilities:Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and identify data sourcesCleanse and massage data into the required shapeCreate Tableau datasets, reports, and dashboards to meet requirementsPresent and gather feedback from stakeholders on the finished productDeploy data, reports, and dashboards to Tableau; develop reports according to analyst-defined specificationsConduct technical training and maintain documentationRequirements:At least 3 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, analyzing, and visualizing dataAn understanding of Tableau administration, licensing, security, and deployment, and at least 1 year of previous work experience using TableauA solid understanding of relational data modeling conceptsStrong analytic skills, with a hands-on approach to delivering commitmentsSuperior organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentationExperience with ETL of data from various sources using SSIS, Python, or similar technologies (a plus)Knowledge of SQL Server database architecture and/or experience with creating tabular data models in SQL Server (a plus)Advanced English levelBenefits:Flexibility: Work from anywhere to enhance creativity and innovationTailored compensation: Personalize your earnings to suit your financial goalsState-of-the-art tools: Access cutting-edge resources for seamless collaboration and productivityAutonomous workflow: Take control of your schedule to achieve work-life balanceWell-being: Enjoy generous leave policies for rest and rejuvenationDiversity & Inclusion: Thrive in a diverse and inclusive environmentCollaboration: Engage with industry leaders for collective growthDevelopment: Access mentorship and growth opportunities for continuous advancementIf you're interested in joining a team of professionals and working towards innovation while having the structure and resources of a multinational market leader, please apply.
