Responsibilities
Contribute to hiring and talent development activities; support people operations and administrative processes; communicate with stakeholders when needed; help maintain a positive candidate experience; and assist with day-to-day HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Must-haves:
English proficiency (spoken and written)
Living in Florianópolis – SC
Interest in headhunting, people operations, and administrative work
Strong communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
Previous experience with administrative or service-related tasks
Familiarity with Excel or spreadsheets
Experience in fast-paced environments or startups
International experience
Undegraduate or undergraduate degree
Soft skills: proactivity, problem-solving mindset, clear and effective communication
Contractor details
As a Contractor (PJ), you will have: Competitive compensation – R$2.5K (with potential increase to R$5k after 6 months)
