As global thought leaders, Discovery is passionate about innovating in order to not only achieve financial success, but to ignite positive and meaningful change within our society.Key PurposeIncrease the sales of the product range through building relationships, superior client service and technical knowledge.Areas of responsibilityAreas of responsibility may include but not limited to:Partner with Business Consultants to grow new business portfolioSupport advisers with Flexicare and Healthy Company uploads - managing data and upload process end to endEmpower and educate advisers on the new business process, online application, underwriting processNew business implementation: Planning and execution in partnership with BCSupport on on-site implementations and activationsConduct member, employer and adviser training throughout the yearRelationship building at various levels within the intermediary business, including administration, lower and senior managementPipeline reporting and proactive pipeline managementValues DrivenLearns on the FlyResilientInstils TrustPeople SavvyDrives ResultsEducation and ExperienceMatricExperience with working with Broker Consultants.Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)NQF 5/120 CreditsRE5Sound medical scheme knowledgePrevious CRM experienceEMPLOYMENT EQUITYThe Company's approved Employment Equity Plan and Targets will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
