Bem-vindo à Lazzo Secondment, uma empresa dedicada a fornecer soluções sob medida para contratação de talentos temporários.Fundada pelos sócios da VITTORE – uma das principais e mais conceituadas consultorias de recrutamento para Advogados Corporativos (In-House Counsels) da América Latina –, a Lazzo Secondment representa o resultado de anos de experiência, conhecimento profundo de mercado, insights e resposta assertiva às demandas de nossos clientes.Encontramos nossa verdadeira vocação ao percebermos a crescente necessidade de um modelo de contratação flexível, capaz de proporcionar respostas ágeis e precisas para as demandas temporárias em áreas altamente especializadas e críticas.A Lazzo nasce comprometida com a excelência e em fornecer soluções customizadas em Secondment para os setores Jurídico, Tributário, Compliance, Proteção de Dados e Legal Operations.Nossa abordagem é duplamente focada, pois buscamos não só oferecer serviços de Secondment de excelência para nossos clientes, mas também promover o desenvolvimento de carreira dos profissionais contratados no ambiente corporativo./nBachelor's degree in law with active OAB registration;Fluent English;Minimum of 10 to 12 years of legal experience in multinational companies;Broad generalist background with solid expertise in contracts, corporate, litigation, labor, regulatory, and compliance matters;Strong analytical skills, business acumen, proactivity, and excellent communication abilities./nAct strategically and consultatively, providing legal support to all business areas in Brazil and abroad;Lead and coordinate activities related to commercial, corporate, regulatory, labor, civil litigation, and general advisory matters;Manage and review national and international contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;Support due diligence and M&A processes, actively participating in negotiations and deal structuring;Coordinate relationships with external law firms, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines;Work closely with business, compliance, and governance teams, providing strategic legal advice;Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, identify potential risks, and propose preventive measures;Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and the implementation of legal governance best practices.
