O sucesso de nossa empresa é construído pelo potencial e profissionalismo de nossos colaboradores e atualmente estamos procurando um profissional de Business Development Representative (BDR) para nosso portfólio de soluções para a indústria.Resumo da posiçãoO(a) profissional de pré-vendas (BDR) será responsável pela prospecção outbound de potenciais clientes para a companhia.
O escopo de responsabilidade inclui a geração de leads que levem a oportunidades de negócios da gama de soluções como MES (execução da manufatura), Inteligência de Fabricação, Gestão de Materiais e Logística, Gestão da Qualidade, Soluções de Automação Industrial para Governança e Segurança para OT, Advanced Analytics e seus posicionamentos e aplicações nos principais mercados das indústrias alvo.Como parte da função, o profissional de pré-vendas (BDR) deverá realizar todo o processo de prospecção ativa através de cold calls, e-mails e outros canais como LinkedIn.ResponsabilidadesPesquisar e identificar potenciais clientes através de várias fontes, como redes sociais, bancos de dados, listas de e-mails e outras ferramentas de geração de leads.Utilizar técnicas de prospecção outbound, como cold calling, cold emailing e networking, para iniciar conversas com leads qualificados.Realizar chamadas de descoberta para entender as necessidades e desafios dos leads e determinar se há uma oportunidade de venda.Agendar reuniões e demonstrações com leads qualificados para os membros da equipe de vendas.Coordenar agendas e garantir que todas as partes estejam devidamente informadas sobre os detalhes da reunião.Fornecer informações relevantes sobre produtos ou serviços para os leads, educando-os sobre os benefícios e soluções oferecidas pela empresa.Manter um alto nível de engajamento com os leads por meio de comunicação proativa e personalizada, garantindo que permaneçam interessados no processo de vendas.Registrar todas as interações com os leads de forma precisa e oportuna em um sistema de CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
Atualizar regularmente informações sobre leads, como status, atividades e notas relevantes, para garantir que a equipe de vendas tenha acesso às informações mais recentes.Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os representantes de vendas para garantir uma transição suave dos leads qualificados para o estágio de vendas.Compartilhar insights e feedbacks obtidos durante as interações com os leads para melhorar continuamente os processos de vendas e as estratégias de abordagem.Conhecimentos/habilidades necessáriosDeve ter um mínimo de 12 meses de experiência em função similar;Formação em Engenharia, Administração, Marketing;Desejável conhecimentos de soluções para indústria;Habilidade em comunicação;Imprescindível inglês para conversação;Regime de trabalho híbrido;Local de trabalho: São Bernardo do Campo ou Indaiatuba.
