Join to apply for the Senior Water Engineer role at T&M Associates.2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants.T&M Associates is seeking a multi-talented Staff Engineer to join our dynamic team based out of Bethlehem, PA (hybrid).This person will be responsible for design projects related to wastewater treatment, hydraulic design, and regulatory compliance.The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial wastewater treatment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in identifying and evaluating potential improvements in treatment processes and equipment to enhance performance and efficiency.Conduct wastewater treatment process calculations and assist in process modeling to properly size and configure treatment processes.Design layouts and specifications for treatment system improvements, including equipment, pumps, piping, tanks, chemical feed systems, and process monitoring and control systems in collaboration with technical experts and other design disciplines.Assist with evaluating and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; prepare and submit regulatory permit applications as needed.Assist in construction-related activities including reviewing shop drawings and submittals, responding to RFIs, preparing RFPs, tracking project progress, reviewing contractor pay applications, and advising the owner on discrepancies and changes.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.Professional Engineer (PE) License required (PA license preferred).5+ years of engineering experience in the water and/or wastewater disciplines.Knowledge of local, state, regional, and federal regulatory requirements related to water and wastewater.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and operational skills.Why T&MFlexible Work Arrangements (both in location and hours)Defined Career Progression PathsDiversity and Inclusion initiativesProfessional development trainingsTuition and continuing education reimbursementWellness programs for physical, emotional, and financial wellnessThe core of T&M is to focus on clients, act with integrity, be accountable for the work we do and deliver quality as a result.If this sounds like a company you want to be part of then apply now.New Hires must have documents indicating they are eligible to work in the United States.EEO/AA Employer.For California based applicants, our CCPA-CRPA Privacy Notice can be found on our Careers page at Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesCivil Engineering#J-*****-Ljbffr
