OverviewJoin to apply for the Information Technology Manager role at LEDN.Ledn is a global financial services company built for digital assets, helping to improve the everyday lives of Bitcoin holders while building generational wealth for the future.We offer a suite of egalitarian lending, savings and trading products to digital asset holders in over 150 countries around the world.The core values that guide us are: act with integrity always, own it, have a passion for progress, and lead with empathy.Come join us as we build, innovate and revolutionize financial servicesThe Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full-time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and is enthusiastic about helping end users who are in need of help.The role involves participation in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will work closely with Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.This role reports to the Director of IT.ResponsibilitiesBe customer-facing and the first line of support; own support via tools like Slack and Jira.Manage Mac endpoints and enterprise macOS usability.Procure and deliver technology equipment; own onboarding for new employees and retrieval for departing employees.Design, test, build, and document programs, policies and tools; contribute improvements to existing knowledge base.Support and manage SaaS applications: Google Workspace (GSuite), Slack, Jamf Pro, Jamf Protect, Jamf Connect, Okta, Jira, etc.Manage Mac endpoint and mobile device management tools (MDM/EMM); contribute to improvements on IDP and SSO tools (GSuite, Okta, etc.).Detail solutions, craft help articles, and automate routine tasks.Manage incidents and prioritize tickets; balance projects over sprints using Jira and agile methods.Set and pursue objectives and key results aligned with team and company goals.What You Bring to Ledn7+ years in SaaS systems administration: Jamf Pro, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira, Netsuite.Ability to create automations using bash, zsh, python, etc.; use open source tools such as Nudge, CIS Benchmark scripts, SplashBuddy, Munki.Experience integrating SSO into Okta and creating workflows in Okta; API familiarity for system integrations.Remote support experience across multiple countries/time zones; experience with hardware shipping/receiving and customs.Excellent communication across all media; ability to explain complex concepts clearly and empathetically.Strong writing skills for tickets, email, and Slack.Proficient troubleshooting across networking basics and OSI layers; solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing and switching; able to methodically troubleshoot problems.Self-management with ability to scope projects and coordinate across multiple teams; strong organizational and task-management skills; ability to navigate ambiguity.Nice to HavesSome familiarity with AWS; GAM and command-line tooling experience; Jamf, Okta, and Google Workspace certifications.Culture fit: leadership in startup/tech environments, adaptable, resilient, and collaborative across functions.What We OfferComprehensive total rewards package and opportunities for growth; competitive PTO; ownership in the company through equity.Remote work flexibility up to 180 days per year (subject to restrictions).Purpose-driven work in a remote-first, globally distributed team; commitment to inclusivity and diversity.Additional InformationLedn is an equal opportunity employer and prioritizes inclusivity and diversity.For accommodation requests through all stages of the recruitment process, contact Ledn.Shortlisted candidates may be asked to submit a short video response and we may review publicly available social media activity relevant to the role.We do not accept unsolicited agency resumes and are not responsible for fees related to them.#J-*****-Ljbffr
