As a proud subsidiary of NEC Corporation, Netcracker is a global software leader driving innovation at scale.We combine an open Agentic AI Platform with Cloud Native IT Solutions to help telecommunication providers transform, innovate, and deliver results that matter.Powered by cutting-edge technology—and the passion of our people—we unlock new opportunities, spark innovation, and create better digital experiences for millions worldwide.Join us and be part of a team that is not just keeping up with the digital future—we're leading it.About the roleNetCracker Technology is seeking a Senior OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in the OSS, particularly in Resource Inventory and Service Orchestration for different Telecom domains – IP/MPLS, DWDM, MW for B2B and B2C services as well as the Data Migration aspect of those.In this role, you will act as a customer-facing expert, driving the identification of solution and product requirements throughout the analysis, design, implementation, training, migration, and testing phases of projects.Role & ResponsibilitesIdentify, collect, clarify, and organize functional requirements for new solution features and change requestsDevelop system use cases and information models for product, service, and resource management domains within OSS/BSS productsDesign solution components, including object models, flows, user interfaces, and integration interfacesConfigure products to meet specific customer requirements and ensure proper solution deliveryValidate customer business needs and drive improvements in existing products and solutionsCapture and share best practices to support pre-sales activities and solution positioningContribute across the delivery lifecycle, participating in analysis, design, prototyping, proof-of-concept, acceptance, and implementation projectsPerform gap analysis and define new user scenarios for out-of-the-box (OOB) solutions in domains such as: Network planning, design, and build-out, Network maintenance, upgrade, and decommissioning, Service design and activation, Network operations and maintenanceConduct market and technology research in the telecommunications industry, learning standards in OSS/BSS, Network Automation and OrchestrationParticipate in the development of new modules and componentsPrepare data mapping and data validation documentation within the scope of ETL processesRequired ExperienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent skills in object-oriented design (generalization, classification, decomposition, correlation, unification, decision tables)University technical degree (maths, physics, IT, telecommunications, programming)Experience in software product development and implementation (telecommunications domain preferred)Understanding of network architecture and functionality of core/transport, access, and overlay/virtualization networksExperience in OSS fulfillment and assurance processes for services and resources for one or several of the following: IP, Carrier Ethernet, SD-WAN, GPONKnowledge of UML or other object modeling notations and practical use of data modeling toolsSolid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databasesUnderstanding of OSS/BSS frameworks and telecom standards: TMF, ETSI, ITU, 3GPP, IETF, MEF, ONAPUnderstanding of network management protocols and languages: YANG, REST, gRPC, gNMI, NETCONF, SNMP, CLIGood knowledge of SQLExperience using JSON for data exchange is a plusUnderstanding of REST services is a plusUnderstanding of software development lifecycles (RUP, Agile, etc)Good technical English writing and communication skillsMinimum of 5 years of experience in senior network engineering or analytical rolesAvailability to work from the office on a Hybrid mode from either our São Paulo or Campinas officesEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Maths, Physics or related fieldConnect With UsConnect with us on LinkedIn and stay up to date on our company news.#J-*****-Ljbffr
