Main purpose of the job:Reporting to the Catering Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for Work smart processing as per set budget and in accordance with company policies and procedures.Education and experience required:MatricBusiness Administration qualification is advantageous.Must have at least 2 years bookkeeping experienceCustomer relations experienceMinimum of 1 year experience working on WorkSmartKnowledge Skills and Competencies required:Excellent communication skillsExcellent organisation and planning skillsComputer literacy on Ms Office is essential.WorksmartFinancial acumenManagement skillsKey areas of responsibilities:To accurately and efficiently execute daily capturing utilizing the Worksmart systemGeneral Admin duties such as typing and filing.Weekly and Monthly stock takeCapturing of stock-takesAssisting with Debtors & CreditorsSpot checking of depot stock-takes if required.Responsibility for cash ups and bankingOrdering of daily stock itemsUnderstanding par levels and adhering to themData capturingAssisting with monthly price changesAssisting with monthly purchasing code changesProcessing of claims in a timeously fashionConfirming prices with suppliers#J-*****-Ljbffr
