As we continue to expand and innovate, we are hiring multiple Technical Product Manager to help lead the development and enhancement of our enterprise-level ERP software solutions.
The roles will play a critical part in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of ERP solutions that support our diverse business domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive platform integrations with internal and external systems, including billing, logistics, and BI toolsLead the end-to-end product lifecycle—from requirements gathering through implementation, launch, and continuous improvementDefine product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in collaboration with business stakeholdersTranslate complex business needs into detailed system requirements and product specificationsEnsure ERP systems are aligned with business objectives, compliance standards, and financial controlsOversee the successful implementation and enhancement of ERP modules, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignmentManage system testing, validation, training, and user adoption processesEnsure systems are scalable, secure, auditable, and optimized for performance and usabilityContinuously monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process automation and efficiencyMaintain and evolve a strategic product roadmap that supports business transformation and growthStay current on ERP trends, technology innovations, and regulatory changesDevelop and deliver training materials and change management strategies to promote user engagementMaintain comprehensive product and technical documentationTravel up to 30% to customer sites and industry events as neededMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus5+ years of experience in product management, business systems analysis, or ERP ownership, with a background in business analysis and/or commodity systems5+ years' experience working with large integration projects; integrating product systems; Power BI and Data Lake environments3 to 5 years' experience using Power BIKnowledge of finance and accounting principles (GL, AP, AR)Knowledge of tax and financial risk management and the ability to deliver technical and financial solutionsSkilled at collaborating with development teams (India, Philippines) and cross-regional business stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously2-3 years' experience with software product integration is a plusHands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or InforExperience leading ERP implementations or major enhancementsProficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for documentation and project trackingKnowledge of system architecture, data modeling, and master data governanceExperience with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog groomingWhy Choose Us?
