What to Expect
(Job Responsibilities)
Promote employer products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) both in person and virtually
Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales objectives
Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs and key stakeholders
Address customer inquiries and objections using advanced selling techniques
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions for customer needs
What is Required
(Qualifications)
Bachelor\'s degree required; life sciences preferred
Minimum 1+ years of sales experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare; neuroscience preferred
Minimum 5+ years of healthcare sales experience for senior specialist role
Proven advanced selling skills and strong business acumen
Ability to travel independently and meet travel requirements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in complex or account-based selling environments
Deep understanding of neuroscience disease states and payer dynamics
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to mentor and train new sales specialists
