Semi Senior Billing Analyst

OverviewWe're seeking a Semi Senior Billing Analyst to join the finance team at Orca Pacific: A Monks Company.
The successful candidate will assist the finance team to execute billing operations and implement scalable systems and processes efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be a go-getter that can hit the ground running and be able to prioritize individual and team objectives, while developing accounting and billing infrastructures.ResponsibilitiesReview contracts/IOs/SOWs to ensure appropriate approval and billing rates/rulesManage billing engine and verify platform accuracy to ensure timely and accurate invoicingCollaborate with delivery teams to resolve invoice discrepancies timelyReconcile COGS accrual and bills on a monthly basisAssist legal and sales team to assess customer credit and risk analysisDevelop and maintain billing metrics for senior leadershipIdentify process improvements and coordinate with other departments to improve billing/accounting process efficiencyAssist with ad hoc projects as neededQualificationsBachelor degree completed in accounting, finance, or related field3+ years accounting experience, minimum 1 year AR/billing experienceExcel in analytical and problem solving skillsYou are able to prioritize competing demandsAbility to work with various computer systems and large data setsEase of learning and adaptation: we have the ability to change fastExperience in AdTech or technology startups preferredNetSuite expertise is a must-haveAbout MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
