Job Title: Business Operations SpecialistEvaluate and enhance financial ERP application usage, preferably in JDE.Design and implement JDE solutions to improve business outcomes.Collaborate with vendors to deploy SaaS solutions that drive business growth.Apply project management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle to ensure successful projects.Possess strong knowledge of financial acumen and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition, budgeting, and bank interfaces.Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Project.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate and enhance the use of financial ERP applications, preferably in JDE.Design and implement JDE solutions to improve business outcomes.Collaborate with vendors to deploy SaaS solutions that drive business growth.Apply project management methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle to ensure successful projects.Possess strong knowledge of financial acumen and accounting processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, revenue recognition, budgeting, and bank interfaces.Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Project.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.Relevant experience with technology project support.Experience working with one or more of the following applications: JDE, Trintech Cadency, Workiva, Cognos Analytics, OneStream, and Varicent.Understanding of Single Sign-On and Identity Management solutions.Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.Intermediate SQL query skills.Experience working in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.Experience working with off-shore or remote development/support teams.
