Golden Goose is looking for a skilled and passionate Cobbler Delivering exceptional craftsmanship through bespoke repairs, heel swaps, and customizations, while creating an engaging and memorable in-store experience. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through technical expertise, artistic skills, and a deep connection to Golden Goose's values and storytelling. Main Responsibilities: Carry out all cobbler services on shoes and handbags including repairs, reparation, heel swaps, and certain custom bespoke services etc. Promote products and services on the sales floor by identifying our customer's needs Advise customers on the collection and in store cobbler services Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge Will utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience. Guarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values. Communicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options. Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service. Co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'. Proactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information. Participate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales. Strictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation. Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events, as needed. Act as a Sales Associate when not 'on tour' or co-creating (i.e. selling on the floor, pre and after sales activities, stockroom, client reach out).
