About the RoleGenesis Consulting is expanding its Oracle Cloud Financials capability and seeks a Senior Functional Consultant with strong expertise across multiple financial modules — including Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and Assets — to support complex enterprise environments.Our clients are some of the world's leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior functional lead across financial modules, supporting both operational and strategic initiatives.Ensure service excellence across multiple geographies, meeting compliance and performance standards.Advise business leaders on best practices and process harmonization within Oracle Cloud Financials.Coordinate global month-end close and reporting processes.Mentor junior consultants and contribute to process governance.Qualifications8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP applications, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience within Oracle ERP/Fusion Cloud.Hands-on and demonstrable experience and knowledge of core Oracle Financial modules, including Localizations for Brazil.Excellent understanding of Financial Reporting requirements and practices.Excellent communication skills and ability to speak in both Portuguese and English.Committed team player who is willing to share, learn and support fellow team members.Ability to be proactive and take initiative.Education :Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.Other:Finance/Accounting background is ideal.English Mandatory.Why Join GenesisAt Genesis Consulting, you'll be part of a high-performance environment that values collaboration, ownership, and excellence.Work alongside experts in AI, Business Agility, and Enterprise Transformation to shape the future of digital consulting.
