Linux Systems Administrator

Linux Engineer PositionWe are seeking a seasoned Linux engineer to join our team in maintaining and enhancing real-time data systems.The ideal candidate will have experience in handling alert and incident management, problem resolution, and system improvements.This role involves ensuring uptime and performance for global trading and data services.Key Responsibilities:Resolving Data quality issues through root cause analysis and managing internal and external vendors to resolve Data issues.Supporting On-call, incident management, problem, and change managements.Ensuring optimal accuracy and timeliness of Data on a real-time basis while implementing monitoring tools to detect data issues.Collaborating with regional and global Market Data Infrastructure teams to share knowledge and experience.Managing L2 Alerts that require knowledge for resolutions, creating, and/or updating resolutions into a knowledge base.Incident Management: Managing the lifecycle from identification to resolution, ensuring mitigation of business impact in the production environment.Change Management: Managing the process of making production changes to the ticker plant.Others: Release Management, Event Management, User support, Reporting.About This Role:We are looking for a skilled professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make strategic decisions to drive business growth.The ideal candidate should be able to analyze complex problems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions that meet business requirements.What We Offer:A collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A competitive compensation package with benefits.The chance to work with a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for innovation and excellence.
