Lehigh University seeks a dedicated Parking Services Coordinator to join our prestigious institution nestled in Pennsylvania's beautiful Lehigh Valley.Position Number: S73220This position is a Grade: 6 - 37.5 with an approximate salary range of $31,770 - $38,130 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.ResponsibilitiesProvide outstanding customer service to faculty, staff, students, parents, visitors, and vendorsIssue parking permits and maintain accurate permit recordsAccept and process parking ticket payments efficientlyHandle parking appeals and communicate decisions professionallyProvide fill-in support for departmental operationsPerform related administrative duties as assignedMaintain positive relationships with diverse campus community membersQualificationsHigh school diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experienceOne to three years of related work experienceDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesProficiency in computer applications and database managementAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor when interacting with diverse populationsPrevious administrative or customer service experience preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsLehigh University is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate.
