Operations Coordinator RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as an Operations Coordinator.The ideal candidate will have experience in Project Coordination, Admin Support, or Junior Project Management.We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can provide administrative support and ensure operational efficiency.The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience working with tools such as Notion, Hubspot, or Zapier.The Operations Coordinator will assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining sales records, and ensuring client records are up-to-date and accurate.They will also work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.Audits and compliance will be a key responsibility, with the candidate performing daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrity.Additionally, they will respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessary.Key responsibilities include:Team Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining sales recordsC RM & Data Management: Ensure client records in HubSpot and other systems are always updated and accurateCross-Department Coordination: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth communication and workflowAudits & Compliance: Perform daily audits to maintain process adherence and data integrityClient Interaction: Respond to client inquiries professionally and escalate when necessaryReporting & KPIs: Track key metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven insightsPresentation & Proposal Support: Help create sales materials for client meetingsAdministrative Assistance: Provide ad-hoc support to ensure operational efficiency
